Nestled near Wroxham in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, The Granaries offers a collection of self‑catering holiday cottages set up for family getaways, peaceful countryside breaks and fishing retreats. One of two character cottages within a converted 18th‑century Maltings, Hopsack features an “upside‑down” layout – bedrooms on the ground floor and open‑plan living upstairs. This showcases the vaulted, beamed ceilings and gives gorgeous views of the river and wildlife from the balcony.
On the first floor, a generous kitchen‑dining area flows into a comfortable lounge with windows on two sides overlooking the water. A private balcony provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset views.
Downstairs are two bedrooms: a twin with en‑suite bath and WC, and a double with en‑suite shower room and access to a riverside patio. Travel cots are available on request.
